Currently, the length of a common area space in a community where we pay an HOA fee for the common areas to be maintained, is at 15” (not an exaggeration). We have made numerous attempts to contact this company and they have offered no result and no solution to the issue. Our contract and the dues we pay, are to include weekly mowing and this obviously is not happening. The common area landscape beds look terrible.
