First and last time using this car wash. I chose the middle option for $15. This car wash only cleaned the sides of my white SUV and not that great. There was a lot of visible brown dirt still on the top of my hood and the back of my car. I ended up going home to hand wash my car after. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Waste of time and money.

If I could provide a zero star, I would. Do not waster your time or money at this car wash. I asked the attendant to come outside to see that the dirt, grime and soap was still on the vehicle. The attendant was dismissive and direct and said she would not reimburse me for the wash. She did offer me to a re-wash, which I did and the car was still very dirty. Wash my car today, better than I expected. Certainly you cannot compare with the detail hand wash, it is only touchless wash, at least I no need to worry about scratching on my paint.
