Worse one, now my car is still dirty and all scratched!
Arrived at 9:40 PM while the car wash is supposedly open until 10 PM, but it was already blocked off with cones and completely inaccessible. If you advertise closing at 10, then stay open until 10 — not 20 minutes earlier. This is misleading and frustrating, especially when customers plan their time around your posted hours. Touchless is garbage. Just paid $25 for nothing. Not clean at all
My favorite Annex car wash, and word is out, others feel the same way - if you go at popular times the lineups are staggering : count the cars ahead a multiply by 5 minutes each! Open late mercifully. Machines work well. Drive super slow thru the dryer! High recommended.
Good place, conveniently located. Shame that there's only one lane so up often end up waiting about 20 minutes. That's why I'm not giving it 5 stars
