Can't say enough about this place. Great selection of flooring to choose from. Tara was a great help as there was so much to choose from. Very patient and offered suggestions which we appreciated. Todd did a great job installing the floors and made a great suggestion when laying the floor in the bathroom. Ed (owner) is also one of the nicest guys you'd ever meet. Kudos to all of you. We will definitely be back to do more of our floors.

I had laminate flooring installed, which was supposed to take 3 to 4 days. After 2 1/2 days they left to start another job. When i returned home from work only to find corners cracked off of 2 peice of the flooring, and the corner rounds going under the baseboard where they tore out a sub floor and in another room put old corner round with one peice of new which was different from the old and was to be all replaced, and were suspose to put thresholds down to match the flooring but did not. I needed a floor trim piece and looked everywhere, Home Depot, Lowes, Amazon and several flooring stores but could not find what I needed. I called Essis & Sons and spoke with a very knowledgeable lady who understood what I wanted and invited me to come to store and check out what was was available. I drove to store and found exactly what I needed. The lady was so nice and helpful that I made a commitment to buy the flooring I need in the future for my kitchen. We worked with Jackie at the Lancaster store. Jackie was so helpful and knowledgeable. We love what we purchased which was for 3 rooms. Plus we also had a custom rug made for our front door. Love everything we purchased and also Jackie made the experience painless. Thank You Jackie and Essis & Son.
