Great place! Reliable. Top quality.
Several months ago groundwater saturated a portion of my basement my carpet. The carpet company who installed the carpet wasn't interested in replacing the padding or reinstalling the existing carpet. Called Essis & Sons Mechanicsburg and even though the carpet wasn't purchased from them, they sent a gentleman to assess the situation and within a week had installers out to replace the pad and restretch the carpet. The salesperson and installers were excellent to work with and really like our new carpet. We will definitely recommend and use Essis again. However I did not appreciate the Christian Nationalist material at the sales desk. Our country was not founded as a theocracy and meant to be respectful of all beliefs and creeds. Please be thoughtful about all your customers and remove the proselytizing materials.
When we moved into our new home, I was overwhelmed with the number of projects that we needed to make the house our home. I’m grateful I met Jan Bahret, as she guided me with ease and professionalism through new wallpaper, area rugs and curtains for both our living and family rooms! I’m very pleased with both Jan and Essis & Sons products!
Had a stair runner installed and it turned out great! My husband and I love it.
