The salesperson and installers were excellent to work with and really like our new carpet. We will definitely recommend and use Essis again. However I did not appreciate the Christian Nationalist material at the sales desk. Our country was not founded as a theocracy and meant to be respectful of all beliefs and creeds. Please be thoughtful about all your customers and remove the proselytizing materials.
When we moved into our new home, I was overwhelmed with the number of projects that we needed to make the house our home. I’m grateful I met Jan Bahret, as she guided me with ease and professionalism through new wallpaper, area rugs and curtains for both our living and family rooms! I’m very pleased with both Jan and Essis & Sons products!
Had a stair runner installed and it turned out great! My husband and I love it.
Worst customer service ever . They couldn’t do the job that I was looking to get done which was okay as they had their own reasons but the way their rep Dave knight spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and rude :
