Worst customer service ever . They couldn’t do the job that I was looking to get done which was okay as they had their own reasons but the way their rep Dave knight spoke to me was absolutely unacceptable. Very unprofessional and rude :
We recently purchased Hunter Douglas vertical blinds and a vignette shade for our kitchen window. Jan was very knowledgeable of the products we were interested in. She took her time and ensured that we got the right window treatments for our needs. When we received our blinds they were exactly what we expected and they fit perfectly. Working with Jan and Essis & sons was a pleasant experience. We will, without hesitation, return for future needs.
Dave Night was great. Good quality products at a reasonable price. The installers came with the wrong carpet the first time, but the store fixed the issue quickly and had them back the next day. Positive experience and I'd recommend this establishment.
