Is this place closed? Tried calling the number and it’s disconnected. Went to the place during its listed operating hours and it’s locked up tight even though there was someone inside who wouldn’t open the door and talk to us.

I actually live close to 2 hours from this place. Yet when visiting my mom here I am always sure to set an appointment with Ginny Withrow! She is absolutely amazing with the best style and color features that fit my features! Cannot wait to see her again! AAA+++
