Hard to get in touch with the attorney if you are referred by Metlife legal plan. One of the office rep kept telling me to reschedule. I had rescheduled my appointment two times. The third time I called to schedule an appointment, first I was asked how I was referred, when I said Metlife, I was told the attorney is out for a month. I'm not sure why a firm would sign up with Metlife when you are not taking clients through metlife legal plan. Two stars because Nalani, their legal assistant had been very helpful.
