This is my GO TO place in Lakeland! They are always ready to help you and all are kind! Michael was great!
Worst Pedicure. $40 in 28 minutes. She was ready to take the next customer and hurried thru out the process. Can't wait for my people at Royal Nails to get back from Vacation. What a difference with Service and Quality.
I got the happy feet about a week ago. It was very rough, very rushed and instead of relaxing me, gave me anxiety. I gave two stars instead of one because sometimes you want your nails done quick and not drug out, but 28 minute pedicure is crazy. Also 2 stars because the paint job is good and they are still painted with no chipping. The way she was rubbing the scrub on my legs was hard and felt like sandpaper. Moved away and still make the drive can't day enough about this place and how much they care for you. Even when you dont come for over a year they remember you
Love to ladies here and they give a good massage, been going here for 8 years!
