i’m sure you can see my review from 3 months ago when my bathroom floor was fixed. boy have things changed. the bathroom floor is yet again caving in. good luck calling the office; no one answers and the voicemail is full. you now need an appointment but can’t make one if no one answers the phone. also, good luck calling the property management company they don’t answer either. we reported multiple maintenance issues during one of their inspections in March. Sadistic heating policy, heat is only provided when legally required. After april 15th if its a few degrees above freezing you're on your own. The rent is supposed to cover heat, this is ridiculous. No humanity whatsoever. Do not move here if you can afford another option
Please believe me when i tell you do not move here. This property is under new management that is unwilling to turn the heat on at 34°f outside because legally they no longer have to provide it after april 15th unless its freezing (32°f). This property has become a genuine safety hazard and they do not care if your baby is cold these are cruel conditions and i pray the new owners change their policy because this is torture im shivering under blankets and they arent willing to provide help.
We deserve better.
