Chris is a very helpful person do good work.😎
There isn't emergency maintenance here. I've called several times, with zero response. Huge flooding issues in basement of what used to be the maintenance room (800-811Brunswick in the cul de sac) The flooding causes the pilot lights of the water heaters to go out, and we are left with no hot water, and no one responds. You can literally smell the stench + mold coming from that basement room. The smell seeps into the hallway and apartments above it. Puddles of rancid water all over the property. I have had a pleasant experience living here a couple things go wrong, but I know that I can count on the maintenance men Chris and Carnell to fix the things promptly. They have very good communication they come right out and they make sure the job is done correctly. I personally think they deserve a raise or should be like the head of management of maintenance or something because those are the only ones that I truly trust coming in and out of my apartment I don’t know any of the other ones, but I’ve known them for a while ... read more
