Jeff was quick to respond when I first contacted him. Over the next 2 weeks he then repeatedly ignored my emails, phone calls, and text messages. When I texted him that I assumed he had dropped my case and that I was going to contact another lawyer, he responded within a minute with apologies and excuses.
