Terrific staff great participation opportunities
I do recommend this product testing clinic however some employees are classifying subjects skin types incorrectly. This can possibly cause a skewed error in the clients results. For example: Although one may identify as a mixed race, the actual complexion of the person may fall into a type one,two or three per the FitzPatrick scale. Employees should be looking at skin complexion accurately and not use their own personal opinions.
Some staff members are helpful some are just nasty and with an attitude. Also study’s I notice a lot of study’s but not so flexible with the hours. There should be flexible hours for everyone not everyone can be there so early in the morning especially if there’s certain time you have to leave your kids in school. And if you can’t make it at 8am in the morning your stuck with low pay studies which is not right. Flexibility should be #1 not what is best for them. Will never recommend to anyone.

Good morning, I love the staff they are always so nice and friendly to not only me but to everyone that goes. I love, love, Lauren and Dale I think that’s her name If not I am truly sorry lol. They are the best. I love this facility I have never had a problem and they always make sure that we r on some type of study. This is the only facility that I go to and would never stop going to.
