I had a recent appointment with Bethany and sadly this was the WORST haircut I’ve ever had. Not only did she not look at my hair and see my natural wave and ask me what I wanted before washing it, she actually walked away 3 times in the middle of cutting my hair, It felt very unprofessional, since one of the times it was to get something out of her car. I went there today, it's an amazing place, even I don't speak perfect English the ladies understand me, and what I want, she colored my hair and did exactly what I want, the service is nice, the ladies are amazing 👏, I'm so happy of the results.
