Lived here for over 3 years and enjoyed every day. Jody is great at getting maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner, and the location is great for students. If I didn’t get a new job in a new city, I’d have no problem staying here for a few more years 🫡
Lived there 34 years ago (holy cow, how did that happen?....) in 1990 when I was at OU. It will never win any awards for style, but you can't beat the location. 5 mins to campus and 2 mins to Campus Corner nightlife...with plenty of great parking for residents. I loved living there. We had an absolute blast.
Good management, decent space, good price, and a short walk to campus. Definitely recommend for students or anyone on a budget
