Don’t be fooled by great façade! Because it is rotten from inside!! Ever since we moved in September 2010, our Microwave has broken down at least a dozen of times. They play around with it and it works for few days. They are not willing to fixed it properly or replace it under warranty. The refrigerator has broken time at least 7 times.
