Some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever had to work with, across any and all industries. It’s quite hard to believe that a simple request such as reading an email, following clear instructions, and sending a check is as hard as it is for them.. but they sure make it look easy!
Had a hard time getting in contact with the management or higher ups about or move out final pay and security deposit etc. Tried reaching them for a few weeks but no response. I previously wrote a 1 star review but I think they read my review and contacted me shortly after and were really open to hearing my concerns. I unfortunately couldn’t remember the name of the woman who was patient with me and very understanding and explained everything in greater detail for me to understand. Do not recommend staying at the lofts at pinehurst. They steal from us. They charge us twice for utilities for months we pay each time. And they stole some of our security deposit and fail to respond back.
