When I lived there, the lady who was the " manager " every time you took your rent $$$$$ to her, she would be shaking like she was freezing. Yrs later I was told she was on drugs & had been going thru drug withdrawal. That was in the late 1990s.
First off want to start with most of the 2 bedroom apartments are nice if you get a remodeled one. We lived there for 2 years. Never had any problems until that last 6 months. However, pay attention to your lease and what parts of your rent are going where because you pay for pest control but don't actually get any pest control. Their definition of "pest control" is a bottle with cloudy liquid that smells like water and doesn't actually do anything. Great place to stay with family
The Community Manager/Leasing Agent Ms. Catherine and her crew are "Amazing" and so prompt with any issues or discrepancies within the complex. I have lived here for going on over a year and renewed my lease w/o hesitancy. I recommend living here due to the maintenance crew is attentive and alert and always willing to take care of any complaints or issues. The place is well kept and minimal to NO crime and noise. They do not pay the bills for the contracted services. When we try to call the management in New York they hang up on us and then just don't answer.
