Warning! My daughter and I were charged $100.00 for 2 $35.00 pedicures. The person at the desk said we asked for services that were more than the $35.00 covered, that was not true. The people who did our pedicure couldn’t even understand English. Then during the pedicure my heel was scraped and cut during callous removal. My daughter’s toe was cut and it was actually bleeding and neither person apologized or asked if we were ok. Never going back, and I do not recommend this place.
Vero is amazing! She’s been doing my nails for about 4 months and I won’t go to anyone else. It’s peaceful, clean and friendly inside. I get hard gel fills and the cost is $60. Vero makes my nails clean, thin and even every time. She’s gentle, takes her time and never rushes. Love that I found Essex Nails!
Now.. a 5 star review for a nail salon has never happened for me. I have sadly been dissatisfied more than I’ve been pleased with nail salons. But here at Essex Nail Spa I actually loved my nails so much I had to leave a review. I WISH I got the lady’s name who did my nails because she was amazing. They took me as a walk in right away and the woman who did my nails really took her time with me and they came out PERFECT!! Nail shape is important to me because I like them short, but my fingers are a little on the sausage side.... read more
