Jacqueline in the office is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and timely. Building is very clean and well taken care.
I’ve lived here for over 4 years & I gotta admit, I enjoy being here. It’s highly appreciated when their prices are lower than a lot of other apartments, tbh. Now, I haven’t seen any mice or bugs so I can’t agree with past tenants but the cameras were a nice addition. The landlord & maintenance man have been more than supportive. Def 5 stars.
I love everything involving this property management. Jacqueline Dennis is an amazing manager with phenomenal customer service. I feel comfortable and confident in my community. A major contribution to that is because of Jacqueline. Don is also amazing! He is fast, prompt and very professional.
Don was fantastic. I had a broken fridge he came in the next morning and fixed it within a couple of hours.
Jackie is professional, patient and delivers excellent communication from the moment I called. The application process was smooth and I was very grateful that my studio apartment was available and move in ready. And shoutout to Don for being attentive to my maintenance requests and the upkeep of the property. Thank You.
