Thanks Chuck it hasn't set in yet that Ryan won't be here. I'm going to miss him terribly, not only because he was an amazing employee but an amazing person and friend. I did all I could not to cry this afternoon in front of him as he walked out the door carry a box....I wasn't ready for that.
