Title: Terrible Living Conditions - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. Apartment 109 was an absolute nightmare. The unit was infested with mold and roaches, and despite numerous complaints, management barely lifted a finger to help. Every time maintenance power washed, water seeped into the apartment . This place is the worst. The corporate office does not support the apartment complex, they don’t answer emails, Tess is very rude on their phone and the apartments are not safe. We moved in May 2024 and have had a least 15 maintenance request. Our apartments is infested with cockroaches and ants and even the exterminator says they need to do it more often however the apartment complex says no. They promised me a new stove because there’s rust all over and the burners are not working correctly and there is a wire waiting for ... read more
Yes it's cheap rent. But water coming out of the kitchen light fixture is NOT safe! The office takes their time to fix anything. Pest control never comes even though I get texts saying they are coming.
