Went in for a tour after contacting the leasing manager, Josh. Aside from the fact that he was 30 minutes late to our appointment, he was visibly intoxicated. Asking the same questions over and over, forgetting what he had just told us, or what we said, etc. Completely unprofessional, not sure if this is the standard West Palm Lanes holds its employees to, probably why there are so many horrible reviews about management. DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. DO NOT MOVE HERE. 1. ROACHES 2. MAINTENANCE IS POOR, EVEN FOR EMERGENCIES 3 RENT IS CONSIDERED LATE ON THE 1ST. BY THE 2ND YOU WILL BE CHARGED 130 ADDTTL FEE. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I currently live here and I would never recommend anyone to apply for this place. The units are infested with roaches and mold in the bath tub. The roaches come up through the sinks and the air vents. Maintenance does nothing. Washing machine don’t work for over a month and it’s still not fix. I had to have my man unclog the bathroom sink as they wouldn’t fix it.
