Don’t make the same mistake a lot of us in Tullamore subdivision did! The grading job is horrible! After you close, they really don’t care about you! I’m currently fighting to get my shed in a safe location and Essex homes is fighting it because it’s not right behind my house. If the grading was better, I could put it where it’s “supposed” to go. I will be selling next year and will NEVER buy anything from Essex again! If you are thinking about buying from them, STOP now!
