Dr Rafee is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to. Staff is great and Deana at the front desk was always ready to accommodate appointments even through my lunch break, so I didn’t have to take time off from work. I only stopped being a patient because I’ve moved far.
The whole family has been with Dr. Raffe at Nuva Smile Caldwell for years - she’s great!
Great office great staff
Very unprofessional, rude and sarcastic Staff, from the office personnel to the dentist. On my initial visit, I had an appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM and the office personnel did not put my arrival in until 1:40 PM on my initial visit. Consequently, I was not seen by an internist or the doctor until 3 PM. Further, I never received a text regarding my appointment but a phone call at 12:25 PM that day.
