Really rude to my 18 year old daughter . Receptionists was condescending and not helpful . Visit with Doctor was all of 2 minutes and she was dismissive and rude too . Left with no answers
They took down all the bad reviews from over the years. Rude staff and incompetent doctors who barely want to put in any effort to actually help you figure out what's going on. Unfortunately unless you want to travel all the way to Boston you don't have many options and they know it. They are very good at making people feel uncomfortable anxious and scared to come back. I have always had a great experience with the providers at Essex County. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Susan at scheduling was very friendly and accommodating, making the scheduling process a breeze. Highly recommend this practice.
I have gone through two pregnancies with the care of Essex county’s providers. My first delivery was complicated but the doctors and nurses went above and beyond to make sure myself and my child were safe, especially Dr. Sanders. Highly recommend this practice
