Heather used to be my Nurse practitioner, since she recently retired, they’ve switched me to Jen. I’ve had such great experiences here from the beginning. The nurses really take time to listen to you, and hear your symptoms. I’ve never once felt dismissed or looked over since coming here. I am suffering in pain again and because the staff at this location doesn't care or have time they make 0 effort to send me to a surgeon.
It's a great place with great people who truly seem to care. (That being said, dont try getting through on the phone, its nigh impossible.)
The NPs are very thorough to each concern. More precise than most GPs in this part of Ont. Windsor/Essex! Amazing.
