I have had other glass projects done at Esser Glass in Menominee and was always very satisfied. This last time I brought in glass shelves my Son had given me for a family china cupboard in which the glass shelves had broken during a move. The shelves had to be cut to fit the china cupboard. I was told the glass may shatter but their guy who does this has 40 yrs. experience and we will see what he says. This “glass cutting man” was able to cut the shelves perfectly! Cannot get service there. I think there is a change in management that has changed how they do things. Only open on Wednesday and when I drove over 45 minutes to get there on a Wednesday a little sign said closed. This used to be a quality place to get glass repairs. Hopefully someday they can get fully staffed and back in business.

They seem like very nice people, but I’ve had some issues. I need a pane of glass on my patio door replaced. I called and waited weeks to get someone over just to measure the door. (I had to call multiple times to just get the appointment). Once they finally measured the door, I got a call days later with a quote. I called back the same day to advise I approve the quote and to go ahead and order the glass. Then I waited the 4-6 weeks they said it would take to get the glass.
