Absolutely the worst compnay to have do any type of work ..Albert Esser II, his staff including Mark, Dennis, Erika Pratt, Jill Esser lie, manipulate, steal from customers. They have been paid in full for a job they have yet to complete. Albert has never pulled a building permit, electrical, plumbing or HVAC permit. They come up with every excuse to not finish the job. Albert Esser II and his company are dishonest and disloyal. Do not stand behind his company logo. They lie, steal, manipulate. Cut corners and do not follow procedure or State of Michigan Codes. They take full advantage of the elder especially ones that are having health issues. Instead of owning up to their multiple mistakes they bitch and moan about how someone is leaving a review. How about pulling all the permits that are required, hire the right contractors to finish the job correctly and be done.
Awesome company !! Very Knowledgeable and does great work paid attention to details and made sure i understood what needed to be done and what could wait!!
