Love the class that Genevieve does at the Roncey United Church at noon on Thursday. Genevieve is very experienced and knowledgeable about what Essentrics can do for the body! I really appreciate how much more flexible and strong I feel since starting these classes. Great work out for every level of fitness. Non judgemental and welcoming class

I love this class! Genevieve is a fabulous instructor who clearly demonstrates all movements and is able to cue and tweak posture to make sure you get the most out of all the Essentrics trademark moves. I will definitely be a regular!

I have been taking Essentrics with Genevieve class for the past 6 months at it is one of my favourite classes! The total body stretch and flexibility workout is exactly what I was looking for and Genevieve is an excellent instructor, very knowledgable and always encouraging. I look forward to this class every week!

I attended Genevieve‘s Essentrics class at Amour Heights in the fall. It was my first time doing Essentrics and I really enjoyed it. Genevieve is passionate about exercise and maintaining good posture and her passion came through in her classes. She worked us hard but at the same time was always watchful to make sure we were doing it right so as not to injure ourselves. I also loved her playlist of music that accompanied our exercise.
