I had the PLEASURE of visiting your salon last Friday, Sept 16 to have a massage with Heather and a facial with Allegra. This was my first visit to an Essentials location and I was incredibly impressed with the services I enjoyed. Both Heather and Allegra were amazingly good at what they did, most importantly friendly and professional. They both have vast knowledge on their specialties and I felt very relaxed and comfortable. After a very stressful semester in school I decided to go for a massage at the Lockwood Ridge and University Pkwy location in Sarasota. I wasn't expecting much for $25 but I was surprised as the massage given by Carlos helped me relieved my tension and back pain. I was very happy with the experience and made sure to give him a good tip as these chains usually pay very little to their employees. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends! Great experience! :)
Walked in a booked an appointment for 6:00 pm later that evening. Showed up at 6:00 and they first said they moved it to 7:00 then said she made a mistake and didn't have anything at 6:00. Not very professional!
Best therapeutic massage I have ever had. Louise does an amazing job, and you can't beat the price.
