My husband and I just had a couples massage and back scrubs with Kristin and Diane. One of the best we have had and will absolutely be back.
Not impressed and felt slighted. My husband and I got a groupon for a 1-hour couple's massage, 2 back scrubs and 2 glasses of wine. My massage therapist was wonderful. However, my husband requested that his therapist not touch two areas. The therapist ignored the request, making him uncomfortable and not able to relax. When the massage and back scrub was over, we looked at the clock and realized it had only been 45 minutes! That means we probably only got a 30-35 minute massage. Essentials Spa is highly recommended we had the couples room but there was a scheduling conflict but the massage was wonderful definitely will be back.
Horrible place! Booked a massage for my husband and I on a Sunday. Walk in for the massage to be told by the idiot behind the counter that I never called back with my credit card info so he didn't book the appointments. When I questioned him about this, seeing how he never asked me for a credit card he then changed the story and said I was trying to use a gift card...no, try again!
