I made a pedicure appointment for my boyfriend and I less than 24 hours in advance. They were very nice over the phone and I was thrilled with they could accommodate an appointment for us at 10am the next day. A while later I got a voicemail asking if we could come in at 10:30am instead, I called back twice during business hours to confirm the time change but could not get ahold of them. First, I never leave reviews and have had a tough time really finding a good salon since I moved to Rochester. I went to check out this salon today and had a great experience with Ella. Incredible hair cut and highlights, like, one of the best I have ever had!!! I will definitely be back. I found the whole environment to be relaxed, engaging and warm. I practically told Ella my whole life story. But it's that kind of place!!! She does great work and is a very kind soul to boot!!
