I first met Tony while attending an informational session at Farrell's during my 10 week fitness challenge. I originally came to see Dr.Tony for two reasons. I woke up a couple times and couldn't move my head without it pinching in my neck. Throughout the day, this would usually go away but was annoying nonetheless. I was also having headaches that were requiring frequent use of Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, etc. I knew that constantly taking medicines, and usually more than recommended, would take its toll on my body and so I wanted a better solution.
