In the hair salon , Amy did not cut or color my hair right, I felt that she did not pay attention, when I told her about it because it was not the first time. Amy got upset from the constructive criticism on my hair. Katie was kind enough to correct Amy’s mistakes and I so appreciated her for that. As a 55 year old , I’ve gone through a lot of beauticians and for Amy to kick me out of her chair instead of correcting what she made a mistake on was very unprofessional.
