I visited last week after not having been there for 2 years. I had to complete a new form which is understandable since it has been so long. One of the questions was if I wanted glut work done and I responded yes. The therapist that I had barely went above my knee. If that's something that she was uncomfortable doing then she shouldn't have accepted my appointment at all. I wish I could give them a 0 star rating cause this place is a joke completely.. I went in there to get a facial in September my skin was dry so I met Candy and she recommended a facial specifically for that with extractions, Wich she did with her finger in my whole face I was like uhm! This is unusual sense I get facials often and they never do extractions with their fingers but I was like let me give her the benefit of the doubt. My husband and I have been coming here for the past 3-4 years. I really like this spa. Very affordable. The last 3 times I had Christopher as my massage therapist and he is just incredible! I would highly recommend this place and especially Christopher for the massage needs.
