My daughter and I went today, both first time. We both loved our massages and my daughter could not say enough good things about her facial. My facial on the other hand was a major disappointment. First, she did not introduce herself, and ok, I can live with that. But she did not describe anything that she was doing. Other facials I have had they tell you what they are doing, the benefits etc. She did not say anything. For blackhead extractions she was using her fingers and pressing so hard. I can't say enough, Jason is amazing! Honestly, I have had a lot of massages in my day and this was the best ever. You are gifted at what you do Jason and deserve a raise!
First time here and the whole experience was so positive from start to finish ! I had a great massage and an awesome pedicure ! I will definitely be coming back !
This is my second appointment with Eleni, I cannot say enough how wonderful my experiences have been. My nails have NEVER looked this nice ever!!! I like her techniques and positive energy she gives off. The salon room in very relaxing and everything appears very hygienic. Which is very important to me.
First time visiting essential , it was awesome quality, starting with front desk (Nataly) then Stephen (therapeutic & deep tissue massage) he was phenomenal and last but not least the girls that did my pedicure (sorry didn't get their names). Great location, setting, clean & neat. Loved it will be back. I highly recommend it
Kristin was awesome! I had a deep tissue massage tonight and Kristin was professional and kind. I will be back to see her for sure! Something else happened after I left. Apparently, A client was checking out at the same time I was and after I left she came back to pay for me another massage. The receptionist called me to let me know that I have a credit on my account from a previous client. I just want to tell this woman THANK YOU and I plan to pay it forward. Had my first ever session with Kristen and it was AMAZING ! She took the time to listen to me , made me feel comfortable && talk to me about what she was going to be doing. I've never felt better after a massage . Kristen has a life long client with me !!
