I got a deep tissue massage done today by Johanna and loved it! She did such a great job and was so nice! The front staff was also really nice! I will definitely be going back to her again!
I had the most amazing Facial done by Monica at Essentials, the service was fantastic. The facial was AMAZING and worth every penny!! I highly recommend this spa to anyone and I am getting my roots touched up on Saturday and cannot wait to see what Amy can do for my out grown roots�. Also this spa is luxurious but affordable so don't be shy give essentials a try you will not regret it i promise.
Very dissatisfied, I paid for a gel manicure because I need my polish to last. The polish chipped /peeled in TWO day's time! I was embarrassed as I was out for the evening with chipped polish. I wrote to customer service, & I'm awaiting a response...
I just got my hair done by Suki and she is literally the best!! The products she uses makes my hair feels x10 better than it did before the coloring and looks a lot better too! Also the color process didn't have the awful fumes to it that most salons do. Definitely making this my go to place!
I'm not sure how these people treat their customers but the way they treat people they hire is uncalled for!! They had me come in off and on for 2 weeks as a stylist and do pedicures, manicures, hair, you name it to all the staff. (They claimed they needed a stylist because theirs was on maternity leave) The owner said I could"start" as a stylist as soon as I received my license transfer. My friend and I went to get therapeutic massages today. The masseuses were very friendly and the massage felt amazing. I plan on returning in the near future for another massage and a facial. -p.s. love you Kimmie
If you want an above excellent massage, ask for Jorge - his hands are amazing on working out the kinks.
Its amazing! Everyone there is so nice and the massage therapists are so sweet. Thank u for making it so affordable. The place is beautiful and warm and it's the only place I go. So worth it!!!
