Consumers should understand the distinction between an ADP-registered vendor and a licensed Ontario health professional. Essential Air CPAP is an ADP registered vendor, but the CRTO confirmed to me that Bert Lee is not a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Ontario. Extremely poor customer service. I stopped by this business with a basic question and expected a normal, professional conversation. Instead, the response was unnecessarily rude and confrontational, and I was told to leave or I would be trespassed and the police would be contacted. There was no reason for a simple customer inquiry to be handled this way. A healthcare-related business should communicate with the public professionally and respectfully. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. I went into this business simply to ask a question, but instead of receiving normal, respectful assistance, I was treated rudely and told to leave. I was even told that if I did not leave, I would be trespassed and the police would be called. I was shocked that such a simple customer inquiry could be handled in such an unnecessarily hostile manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business.

Extremely disappointing experience. The owner, Bert, was very rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Instead of calmly helping a customer with a simple question, he quickly became hostile. A healthcare-related business should treat customers with respect and professionalism. I would not recommend this place.
