I was on a work trip and forgot the tank for my CPAP machine, Kanishka was an incredible help answer my questions over the phone and ahs the piece ready when I arrived. An incredible representation of the company, who should be happy to someone her representing then as the face of this location.
Essential Air CPAP & Sleep Therapy has time and again proven to be an exceptional vendor. The staff always acts in your best interest with graciousness and speed. Its great to be treated like a human and not a file number. Theyve never failed at doing so.
They are super friendly and knowledgable. Went in and out of the store in less than 10 min and they took me even if I came soon to close time. I will definitely be coming back to get all my supplies here!!
Poor follow-up. I received a prescription for a CPAP December 8th. My physician suggested Essential Air CPAP based on their location being closest to me and I was told they would contact me. However, they did not follow-up until December 18th. I made two attempts to return their call, leaving accurate contact details via voicemail. It's Dec 22 and I have not heard back.
I was visiting Toronto, and I forgot to bring my Resmed Airmini F20 filters. Fortunately this place had some. I dealt with a kind, knowledgeable, and professional front line lady who took care of my needs. EssentialAir, you came through for me when I needed you most. Thank You!
