I’ve been seeing Eric for over 15 years. He’s seen me through some really challenging periods in life, and it’s a great comfort to know that he’s still there if I ever need him again.
Eric is a good guy and what's more takes the time to really understand where you are at and the level of advice and support you need based on your own journey of personal evolution. He is far from the type of counsellor that will just give you cliched advice - but equally, he will challenge you in sessions in a most gentle and supportive way. Got so much out the Constellation workshop with Eric and Catherine. Powerful, healing and restorative. Quite unlike anything I’ve ever done. Makes you realise we’re all imperfectly human, we all have stuff going on and we can all rise above and learn from it. Thank you for holding such a supportive and beautiful space.
