Without a doubt, Marianna is the best acupuncturist in town! She’s helped me with my sleep, back, neck and shoulder pain and most importantly with my sinus problems that I had been suffering from for decades!! Her diagnosis is right on point and every treatment is magical. I leave her office with no pain and no symptoms! I highly recommend her healing treatments!!

I was referred to Marianna by a close friend & she has literally changed my life. I had headaches every day for two years and they immediately stopped after my first visit with her. I’ve only had two in the last 5 months. I have an injured shoulder from 20 years ago and I have more mobility now than I ever have. She’s patient, kind, and really listens. My only regret is I wish I started coming here sooner.

Essential Wellness Center in San Diego, Ca is like no other. Marianne has the golden touch for healing. My husband and I both couldnt be more pleased with the acupuncture treatments and accompanying massages. The center is 3 hours from our home and is well worth the effort.

Marianna has always been there for me whenever I needed her. After many years of digestive issues before I started to see her, she was able to help me pinpont and treat the problems. What a relief. While she hasn't been able to completely resolve all of my aches, pains, and maladies, she has aided me enormously, both physically and mentally.

Love her!!! She helped to save my life after a severe vaccine injury… she knows so much!! Helps you really help yourself!!! She provides the right diet, acupuncture and supplements to fix your problems… love this place !! Also, very reasonably priced … she should charge more! She saves lives!!!
