I'll admit, at first I was highly skeptical but I tried a Foot Reflexology session. I felt so relaxed and my feet felt so refreshed after the session. It was so beneficial to my feet that I've got another one scheduled in a year. Definitely worth it!

Rosanna is amazing. She's been treating me with Reki and I've seen a lot of improvement. I'm learning how to better care for me in a holistic way instead of just through the traditional means. She's been a refreshing bit of help.

I heard about Essential Spirit through a friend of mine who suggested going there for reiki. I wasn’t sure if it was for me, but I made an appointment to satisfy her and boy, am I glad I followed through! Dr. Rosanne’s office has such a calming atmosphere, so I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in. She explained what reiki was and what the treatment would be like before starting and let me ask all the questions I needed to.
