I've written a review under the name Sally Quin which is my sister's account. I have attended the appointment on Tuesday 14/04/26 and I heavily stand by my review. I believe I did nothing wrong. I was there for a Lung Function test and asked him to clarify how the process would go but he looked at me as if I'm stupid while furrowing his eyebrow expecting I should know how the process would go while responding rudely. I was treated with respect & understanding when I visited this service. Even when I did the wrong breathing technique. The technician also had a sense of humour which I like. It always puts me at ease. I would definitely refer Essential Respiratory & Sleep Australia to anyone needing this service, I would give more stars if I could. Dorothy

Hi . I had my first visit with the doctor yesterday. I was made feel very comfortable the doctor explained all the testing which was great. After seeing a number of doctors for the same issues and walking away with no answer. I now know there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

If only there were an option for no stars. Extremely disappointing. He came across as rude, unempathetic and unwilling to help during what is naturally a stressful and vulnerable situation. I was met with a tone that felt dismissive and, at times, arrogant, which made the situation even more difficult to navigate. In environments like this, a small amount of kindness and understanding goes a long way, and unfortunately that was completely missing here. Hope to never cross paths again.
