This has been the worst experience of my life in an apartment. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, specifically Ms. Cyndi. Most recently it took weeks to get someone on the phone (after over unanswered 30 calls texts and emails from me and my roommate) in which when I finally did I was called a liar and told there was no way what I was saying was correct when management was in fact wrong and I have the photos to prove it. Worst company I have ever rented from, staff is very disrespectful and when you need their help it takes 2 weeks to get a call or email back
Absolutely the worse company. Almost never responds to emails, very rude. The village at Skylar cove complex is disgusting with all of the trash. Rude neighbors that throw trash off their balconies. Other tenants walk onto patios and looking in. People allowing dogs to Urinate off the balcony. Took forever to get a water issue fixed ( third floor had a water line break) smells like weed 24/7. Personally, I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I worked closely with Cyndi and she was incredible. Very easy to work with, polite, and responsive. I definitely recommend!
