Personally, I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I worked closely with Cyndi and she was incredible. Very easy to work with, polite, and responsive. I definitely recommend!
Awful communication, wouldn’t return calls. Responses via text were short and rude. If you tell me you are going to fix the “damaged” items from a prior tenant, then do so. Don’t pick and choose what you want to do. Only reason I give them two stars is because the person doing the actual maintenance was great and very helpful…but he was instructed from someone to do the minimum. Had such high hopes after my initial conversation with them but was sadly just let down. Glad I own it now instead.
I was really impressed with the way Cyndi Bates helped me find a rental that matched my needs. On my moving day she met me at the house and we both where shocked at how bad of shape the last renters left it. She immediately was able to find another place that just came up for rental and I was able to have my movers change locations on the spot. She was always good at addressing any issue's that has come up these past three years and would recommend her to anyone needing a rental. Thanks for all your help Cyndi...
We absolutely agree with another post that if we could leave a negative star we would. Worse management company we have ever seen. Good luck in ever getting anything done. All staff should be fired!
