Nick and Zack are amazing, I feel very listened to and heard about the pain and feelings im describing. They are so caring and kind, and made me feel comfortable. The staff up front are so nice, and lovely as well. I can't wait to go back to share my progress and work on bettering my health. OHP friendly, as well! This place really cares about you as a client and will do all they can to provide you with great care. Kristin and Mark helped me work through an insurance coverage issue so I could be seen earlier. I can't appreciate that enough because that allowed me to focus on my injury and recover fast enough to run my marathon. I used to have a five star here, but i had to edit it. The staff and the physical therapist are amazing, but the policies were not reasonable and owner was very rude. I spoke with an insurance provider and was informed OHP patients arent supposed to be charged for late fees. They cancled all future appointments because i was anxious about giving out my card information do to bad experiences in the past with underhanded buisnesses.
