I have been here 3 times now-twice for a manicure and once for a pedicure. My friend went with me for the pedicure, and we both felt it was one of the best ones we have ever had. I got acrylic nails, and they look so realistic. The staff is very professional and friendly, and they were on time for every appointment. I had Ori and Besa, and they were both great!
This is my second time coming here and I won’t be back. I never leave bad reviews but felt like I was being judged the entire time I was here. I spent over $200 for a mani/pedi and the nail tech was clearly bothered that I had not had a pedicure in a while and went out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable about it. When I asked her to cut my finger nails down short, she laughed and rudely asked if it was because I was not going to be back for a while. I was downtown for a different reason and went to see if I could get my nails done. I didn't know that it was appointment only, but Lindsay was kind enough to fit me in. She was great and did an amazing job on my pedicure. Everyone was so nice and the place was very clean.
I’ve never had such consistently good experiences anywhere. Everyone is amazing at what they do. Ori especially is amazing and customer service is above and beyond. Will never go anywhere else!!
