Ryan was a very unpleasant person to work with. Seemed nice when doing the inspection but missed some very obvious and costly items that any competent inspector would catch. When asked about how he would remedy the situation, he became very abusive and resorted to shouting. Long story short, does not stand by his own work. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
