Dave was great we did a big project renovating most of the house. he worked with my schedule, answered my questions, addressed my concerns and was overall a great guy. House looks great.
I am a new Florida resident from California so starting out in a new area I have been through a few people doing work in my home, some I would go so far as to say were just straight up con-men. Whatever your home needs - Dave is your guy! He is very knowledgeable, does excellent work, and really cares about making his clients happy! Further, I accidentally scheduled our bathroom remodel with him right before we had company in town, and he went above and beyond to get the space functional in time. He will be putting in new floors for us soon - highly recommend!
I unfortunately have a different review about this contractor, Dave left part of my order, my sink and vanity at Home Depot and blamed them for it and yelled at the manager on the phone and yelled at me and then charged me for him to go back and get it. He never completely finished the job to install trim around the cabinet. The trap in the plumbing was leaking, and he left a bunch of trash outside of our condo entrance because he was too lazy to take it to the dumpster here.
