Hired this company for a home inspection as a first time homebuyer. Told us the roof looked good and was newer and would be fine for several years. Here we are 3 years out having to replace our entire roof because it wasn’t in good condition as the owner of the home claimed. Wish that would have been caught during inspection and we could have negotiated a better price on the home due to the poor condition of the roof.

I purchased my house 2 years ago and the inspection says the roof was good. A few weeks ago we had a leak. No big deal, I'll have a roof that is only at half it's life repaired. First roofer comes and says whoever put the roof on had never put a roof on before and that we should replace it. I had an insurance adjuster come out and he told me the same exact thing.
