They did the work and still charged the diagnostic fee. However, as an out-of-town landlord I must say they were quick to respond to my call and fixed the problem. By the time I called my tenant to see if they had come she said they had come and gone already and the house was nice and cold.
Notably good service experience Quality work, great service and they were ontime with their appointment. Overall I was very happy with the experience.
