I have seen plenty of different physios in the past for a number of different issues. Most seem to treat the symptoms of inbalance and poor function, not really dealing with the actual underlying problem. Paul is different - very hands on, looks at the whole body as a system, identifies where he believes the body is not working correctly and addresses those issues. Very good at explaining what he is doing and why. 100% happy with Essential Health Plus, and recommend to all my family and friends!

The first physio to actually help, and even solve my neck pain. Paul helped my 15yr old son with his back problems, we got so much information during his appointments that was really helpful, and we could see the results. Highly recommended.
