Buying the truck I want at this dealership. I had a terrible experience, I told my salesman that the tail light was broken and that I was not gonna take it done. He promised me verbally to have a change or shipped a new one to my address, also he said that the second key of the car was locked in the parts department since it was a Sunday That he was going to ship it to me as well. A very polished appearance and approach to customers. Not impressed by the fluff. ******************** needed a pan gasket. Dealership said it was on back order so they forced me to pay for a whole new pan which includes a new gasket. But we discounted it for you they said. So what? Why do you tear things apart before you check to have parts on hand? Why didn't you contact another dealership or an aftermarket parts supplier to get one? Best service. We had a problem with our vehicle on the way home to NC. They went above and beyond to help us. Unfortunately they have to order parts but did make sure we got a rental car to make it home. Would highly recommend them to anyone. But not happy with other dealership who lied about doing recall repair and did not perform the work and closed out the recall order so we are out of pocket for repairs
It was the best experience I had purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman was attentive, polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

The entire staff, from the General Sales Manager, *****, to ***** at the cashier's desk, is knowledgeable, capable and make us feel like family. I had issues with my transmission, ****** took full control, gave me a new vehicle to use while they are looking at the problem. ****** called me , they found the problem he ask if I could Leave my truck there so they could repair the issue. Fortunately, everything was under warranty and the loaner car was free. I couldnt be any more pleased with the service that was done.
