Date of Visit: August 18, 2025 Unfortunately, my experience at this office was disappointing. The only staff members who were genuinely kind and professional were Taylor and (I believe) Katrina. At checkout, I let Katrina know I would be using CareCredit to pay. She mentioned their CareCredit system was down and asked me to hang tight. I had a very good experience with treatment for a infected root canel with Dr. Lee Sodam Endodontics of Frisco. Tiffany and the office staff were very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Sodam made my experience easy and l had great recovery from my surgery. I would refer her to friends and family.
Dr Sodam Lee is very very good explain the issue and talking with patients. Also cover the insurance 100%
I had a very good experience today with DR Lee and Staff. Friendly, well informed, team acted with a sense of urgency, excellent service.
Dr. Lee was fantastic, she was able to see me for a consult and then performed the same day. Her cost was lower than another endodontist I just recently visited and my experiences were much different. She handled a more extensive molar root canal and I had no pain during the procedure and had very little soreness or pain the next several days. I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I hope to never need one again but I know where I'd go in a heartbeat.
