Great experience. Got a referral to Dr Lee. The team here were warm, welcoming and clear with everything. The online documentation before the visit was quick and easy to complete. My appointment was on time and efficient. Had to have X-rays and a 3D scan but Dr Lee got to the root cause of my issues and was clear with her explanation of what was going on. I left informed with decisions to make based upon my preferences. I also received a CD of my 3D scan so I can use it elsewhere. The office was clean, quiet and comfortable.
Dr. Lee and her staff are absolutely amazing! My husband was seen two times here in the past and had very positive experiences, but yesterday's visit was just extra special. Dr. Lee clearly loves what she does (saving teeth for patients), and it was touching to see her genuine sadness over having to tell us a tooth could not be saved this time, and would have to be pulled. Excellent service! My husband's tooth/jaw pain is gone! The Dr was able to diagnose and treat the root issue right away. She drained the abscess and gave the appropriate antibiotics to address the issue. The receptionists and assistants were also extremely helpful and pleasant regarding interaction and answering any questions regarding financing plans! Thanks again team!
I was referred to Essential Endodontics by my dentist for am emergency complicated procedure. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Dr Lee and her team were outstanding. She took the time to explain the issue and the plan to address it. I highly recommend her and this practice! 5 stars!
