DR Lee and the entire team were very kind and helpful The best!!!
Excellent service! My husband's tooth/jaw pain is gone! The Dr was able to diagnose and treat the root issue right away. She drained the abscess and gave the appropriate antibiotics to address the issue. The receptionists and assistants were also extremely helpful and pleasant regarding interaction and answering any questions regarding financing plans! Thanks again team!
I was referred to Essential Endodontics by my dentist for am emergency complicated procedure. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Dr Lee and her team were outstanding. She took the time to explain the issue and the plan to address it. I highly recommend her and this practice! 5 stars!
Date of Visit: August 18, 2025 Unfortunately, my experience at this office was disappointing. The only staff members who were genuinely kind and professional were Taylor and (I believe) Katrina. At checkout, I let Katrina know I would be using CareCredit to pay. She mentioned their CareCredit system was down and asked me to hang tight. I had a very good experience with treatment for a infected root canel with Dr. Lee Sodam Endodontics of Frisco. Tiffany and the office staff were very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Sodam made my experience easy and l had great recovery from my surgery. I would refer her to friends and family.
